Tentative Reunion Itinerary
Friday, August 24, 2018
4:00pm                                    Leatherwood Resort Cabin Check-in, Visitor Information Center
 
4:00-6:00pm                            Shurn Welcome and Registration, Visitor Information Center.
 
7:00-10:00pm                          Meet and Greet, Saddlebrook Bar and Grill and outdoor Hemlock Stage
                                                Family Camp Fire / Roast S’mores
Saturday, August 25th
7:00-9:00a.m.                          Breakfast on your own. SaddleBrook Bar and Grill opens at 8:00am
9:00 -10:00a.m.                       Pool water aerobics or sit and stretch exercises
9:00-11:00a.m                         Family Trail Hike (wear comfortable shoes and bring water)
12:00p.m.                                Grab and go lunch, Location TBD
12:00-5:00p.m.                        Family Activities (Fishing, Biking, Tubing, Hiking, Arts and Crafts)     
7:00 -11:00p.m.                       Family Western Style Dinner, Covered Pavilion.
                                                Wear your best western attire and win a prize. (Ladies should avoid heels as the pavilion ground is soft)
Sunday, August 26th
8:30a.m.                                  Sunrise service, Location TBD
9:30a.m.                                  Executive Board Meeting, Location TBD
11:00a.m                                 Cabin check-out. Request late check-out beforehand, if needed.
11:30-3:00p.m.                        Family Brunch and Gathering, Covered Pavilion
